He also partners with franchise brands, supporting them in expanding their networks, optimizing operations, and achieving sustainable growth. Known for his focus on innovation, long-term success, and practical solutions, Semih has earned a reputation as a trusted advisor in the franchise industry, helping both investors and brands realize their full potential.

Deniz Derelli is an experienced franchise consultant, helping investors and entrepreneurs successfully establish and grow franchise businesses in the United States. After graduating from Selçuk University in 2005, he began his career in sales and international brand management, including a role at Habitat (UK-based Home Retail Group). In 2014, he moved into international real estate, connecting Turkish investors with U.S. projects through Lennar International and later serving in leadership roles at Heafey Group and BTI Partners. At KLC Franchise, Deniz focuses on guiding clients in franchise investment, business growth, and strategic planning, while managing marketing and client relations to strengthen brand presence within the Turkish market. He is an international member of the National Association of Realtors (NAR) and a Certified International Property Specialist (CIPS).

Based in Marietta, Georgia, Tugba Firat brings over 15 years of leadership, coaching, and international consultancy experience to her role as franchise broker at KLC Franchise.
