I bring more than 20 years of experience in sales, management, and business operations to the world of franchise consulting. In addition to my sales and management experience across various industries in Turkey, I have built and operated my own retail business in the United States, gaining firsthand experience in daily operations, sales, customer relations, staffing, and cost management. This experience has taught me to look at franchise investments not only from a consultant’s perspective, but also through the eyes of a business owner and investor. I believe choosing the right franchise requires looking beyond brand recognition. Investment requirements, location, operational structure, the investor’s experience, level of involvement, and long-term goals all need to be carefully considered.
